Monthly tuition is our only income and secures your child’s spot in our classes, unfortunately we do not issue refunds if you are unable to attend a session. Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances at the discretion of the school
If a class is cancelled, it will be either refunded or rescheduled
Please disclose any medical conditions or learning needs before the first class
Booking before class is essential to ensure your child is on our register. Booking is not confirmed until payment has been made
Shine Dance Academy are not liable for injury sustained during normal dance activities
Please raise any concerns you have privately and respectfully, not during class time
