• Monthly tuition is our only income and secures your child’s spot in our classes, unfortunately we do not issue refunds if you are unable to attend a session. Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances at the discretion of the school
• If a class is cancelled, it will be either refunded or rescheduled
• Please disclose any medical conditions or learning needs before the first class
• Booking before class is essential to ensure your child is on our register. Booking is not confirmed until payment has been made
• Shine Dance Academy are not liable for injury sustained during normal dance activities
• Please raise any concerns you have privately and respectfully, not during class time
• All dancers, families and staff are expected to treat everyone at Shine Dance Academy with mutual respect and kindness
• Sibling discount is available
